Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website india.manifestraworld.in (the "Site") and any purchase made from Manifestra ("we", "us", "our"), based at KRN Shopping Mall, Near Old Bus Stand, Chemmad, Kerala 676306, India. By using the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

2. Products & pricing

All products are sold in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability; in such cases any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (full payment, or the ₹500 advance for Cash on Delivery) is received and you see an on-screen confirmation. We may decline orders to addresses we cannot reliably ship to.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your card or UPI details. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. For COD orders, an advance of ₹500 is collected online and the balance is collected in cash on delivery.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines, return windows and refund processes are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photographs and journal contents — is the property of Manifestra and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our content without our prior written permission.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the proper working of the Site.

8. Disclaimer

Our journals are tools to support personal reflection and mindset. They are not financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.
