Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing them, as long as the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, email manifstraworld@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details.

2. Returns

Because our journals are personal-use products, returns are accepted only when the item you received is:

• Damaged in transit, or
• Defective (manufacturing fault), or
• The wrong product / variant.

To raise a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the outer packaging. We do not accept returns once a journal has been written in.

3. Refunds (Prepaid orders)

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking) via Razorpay within 5–7 working days from the date of approval. The actual credit time depends on your bank.

4. Refunds (COD orders with ₹500 advance)

If you cancel a COD order before it is dispatched, the ₹500 advance is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. If a COD shipment is refused at delivery without a valid reason (damaged / wrong item), the ₹500 advance is non-refundable as it covers our handling and return-shipping cost.

5. Failed payments

If money is deducted but the order does not show as confirmed, it is automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Email us if it does not appear by then.

6. Out of scope

Slight variations in colour, paper texture, or binding due to handmade or batch production are not considered defects.
