Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays). Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, typical delivery time is:

• Kerala & metros: 2–4 working days
• Rest of India: 4–7 working days
• Remote pincodes & northeast: up to 10 working days

These are courier estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, or local conditions.

4. Courier partners

We ship via reputable courier partners (such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and others) depending on the delivery pincode. Tracking details, when available, are shared over WhatsApp or email.

5. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are shown on the checkout page before payment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, an advance of ₹500 is collected online at checkout. The remaining balance is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep exact change ready.

7. Wrong address / undelivered shipments

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated delivery refusals. Re-shipping such orders requires payment of the additional courier cost.

8. Damaged shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
